Today, Persol kicks off the second of three installments in the PERSOL MAGNIFICENT OBSESSIONS: 30 Stories of Craftsmanship in Film exhibition at The Museum of Moving Image in Astoria, Queens. Curated by Michael Connor, the exhibition showcases the the steps and research to craft the iconic Persol frames via images and a behind the scenes video look at some of cinema’s most iconic on-screen moments.
Last night, guests honored costume designer, Arianne Phillips and director, Todd Haynes. Terry Richardson and Twin Shadow DJed the event.
The exhibit will run through August 19.
