Russell Westbrook put up yet another amazing stat line during Game 2 of the Thunder/Rockets playoff series on Wednesday night. The Thunder star scored 51 points, grabbed 10 rebounds, and dished out 13 assists to become the first player in NBA history to record a 50-point triple-double in a playoff game.

Oklahoma City lost the game 115-111, though, and Westbrook struggled to get things going in the fourth quarter. He shot just 4-for-18 from the field in the final frame and was roundly criticized on Twitter for coming up short:

Despite the loss, Westbrook was asked by a reporter to talk about the impressive stat line that he put together after the game. And he reacted by giving a pretty great response. "I don’t give a fuck about the line," he said. "We lost."

That’s really what Westbrook has to say. It’s not like he can say, "Well, it stinks that we lost and are now down 2-0 in the series, but did you see my triple-dub?!" But it’s still always nice to see when a player—and a superstar player at that—cares more about his team winning than his own stats.

The Thunder and Rockets will resume their best-of-7 series in Oklahoma City on Friday night.
