Deion Sanders Wins $2.2 Million Defamation Lawsuit Against Ex-Wife Pilar

Deion Sanders’ divorce from his ex-wife Pilar was very ugly. A lot of people tried to make light of it, but at one point, Pilar started alleging that she was a victim of domestic violence during her relationship with the former NFL great. It quickly stopped being a joke at that point.

Sanders responded to the allegations made against him during interviews by filing a lawsuit against his ex-wife. And according to TMZ Sports, he was just victorious in his lawsuit and won a $2.2 million judgment during it. Pilar is already planning on appealing a judge’s ruling, but if it stands, Pilar will lose a large chunk of the money that she was set to collect as a result of the couple’s divorce settlement.
