John Daly has not had the greatest luck on the green lately.

Yahoo Sports reports that the two-time major champion's luck turned for the worse on Saturday when he randomly collapsed on the 18th tee while playing in a Deerfield Golf Club tournament in Canton, Mississippi. He was then carted off to a local hospital in Jackson, Miss., and received a series of tests for his sudden collapse.

There has been no further update on his condition from the hospital personnel as of yet.

Billy Allen, a friend of Daly's who was at his side in the hospital, stated that his vital signs were good, but worried about possible injuries to Daly's ribs and fingers.

Deerfield Golf Club pro Leigh Brannan said that Daly has supposedly been having trouble with the 90-degree heat. He was possibly dehydrated and appeared to suffered a shortage of breath during the tournament.

"He was struggling pretty badly right before he collapsed," Brannan said. "But we're all hoping it's nothing serious and that he was just a little dehydrated. He was even telling [Allen] he still wants to play [Sunday]."

By the looks of Daly's health history and his vices with alcohol and cigarettes, this guy needs to chill on Sunday.
