Did Wes Welker pop Molly at the Kentucky Derby earlier this year? That's the question of the week in the sports world. Welker says no. But the NFL says yes. And as a result of the NFL's answer, Welker is going to have to serve a four-game suspension to start the 2014-15 NFL season—even though the Broncos wide receiver claims that he doesn't even know what Molly is.
Tom Brady is one guy who could probably reveal the truth about this entire situation, though, if he really wanted to. Like Welker, he was at the Derby this year and came into contact with him. But when Brady was asked today whether or not he had seen his former teammate pop Molly at the event, he said…"No comment." And then, he laughed, almost as if he did have a comment but just didn't want to make it.
