Nelly doesn't have beef with Floyd Mayweather. At least, that's what he said during his appearance on ESPN's Highly Questionable today. Even though the two celebrities have been going back and forth over the course of the last few months—Mayweather took some subliminal (and some not-so-subliminal!) shots at Nelly during this interview, while Nelly seemed to direct this song at Mayweather—the St. Louis rapper claims he doesn't have a problem with the boxer.

"I don't have a beef with Floyd Mayweather," he said while speaking with Dan LeBatard and Bomani Jones (fast-forward to the 3:08 mark in the clip above to hear him speak on Mayweather). "I think the whole thing is misunderstood."

However, that didn't stop Nelly from taking a parting shot at Money May towards the end of the interview.

"It's kind of hard talking to a guy who hasn't graduated from high school," he said, alluding to the fact that Mayweather dropped out of school to focus on boxing when he was a teenager.

So there's no beef here except that, well, there's obviously beef here. Expect a response from Mayweather—probably in the form of a cryptic Instagram photo?—in 5, 4, 3...
