Joel Embiid needs to focus on two things between now and the beginning of the 2014-15 NBA season: Continuing to get healthy—and finding a girlfriend. Because this guy is officially out of control when it comes to trying to holler at chicks on social media.
A couple weeks ago, the 76ers rookie tried to get at Kim Kardashian on Twitter, before realizing that she was: A) Married, and B) Not going to respond to him. Then, he moved on from Kim and tried to pursue Rihanna. She showed him a little love and even "favorited" one of the tweets that he sent her, but truthfully, it didn't seem like his pursuit of her was going to lead to anything. And now, it looks like he's interested in The Bachelorette's Andi Dorfman. He sent out this tweet late last night:
There's one problem, though: Dorfman just got engaged! On TV! So sorry, Joel, but…no. No chance.
Maybe you should stick to trying to talk to regular girls? We know it's tough:
But you're 0-for-3 now on female celebrities. So it's probably time to take a different approach to dating. Unless, of course, you actually enjoy being on the receiving end of rejection for once.
