Jason Kidd Has Reportedly Agreed to Sign With the Knicks Instead of the Mavericks

The Mavs can't find a point guard right now.

Does anyone out there wanna play for the Dallas Mavericks next season? Anyone at all? So far, the Mavs have whiffed on signing Deron Williams and Steve Nash. Now, they've also missed out on signing Jason Kidd, who has reportedly decided to leave the team that he started for last season to play point guard for the New York Knicks next year. Although he can't sign a deal until July 11, he has verbally agreed to a three-year deal with the Knickerbockers that'll be worth somewhere in the range of $9 million.

So, we've gotta ask again: Does anyone out there wanna play for the Mavs next season? If you can dribble a basketball, please give Mark Cuban a call.
