This week brings the final releases from the first month of 2018 and also the first releases of February as well. Along with a few Nike colorways celebrating Black History Month, there is also a decent of of Air Maxes, some new models from Adidas, and even some limited collaborations dropping this week as well.
Starting on Thursday, Jordan Brand will be dropping a "BHM" colorway of the Air Jordan I Flyknit. Nike will also be dropping a "BHM" pair of the VaporMax. Along with these two special pairs, Comme des Garçons is releasing its three-shoe collab with Nike on the Air Max 180, the KD X is dropping in a clean black and white color scheme, and Adidas is debuting a new high-top model, the EQT Basketball ADV, that fuses its '90s line of EQT runners with retro basketball sneakers. Adidas is also celebrating the fifth anniversary of its signature Boost technology by releasing three shoes in the Energy Boost's OG black and yellow colorway: the Energy Boost, an updated version of the Energy Boost, and the popular Ultra Boost model.
Friday, Adidas is dropping two more colorways of its new NMD Racer model. The biggest drops are coming from Nike, who is bringing back the OG Air Max 93 and Air Max 180 alongside four colorways of its brand new Air Max 270 lifestyle model. The Swoosh is also releasing a "Wolf Grey" version of the auto-lacing HyperAdapt 1.0 and a silk Air Force 1 collaboration with CLOT that will be available exclusively in Asia.
The lone release on Saturday is an Air Jordan VI celebrating the Chinese New Year. It sports a black upper, gold accents, and various red and gold fireworks graphics and floral embroidery. On Monday, Nike is delivering another "BHM" sneaker, an Air Force 1 High with a black, green, and red-striped upper and gold "EQUALITY." detailing on the strap.
