Inspired by the London Tube, the world's first underground railway, Nike and Roundel by London Underground present their new collaboration on the Air Max 90 and the Air Max 1.
The colorful duo sees the Swoosh going with the innovative Jacquard technology, showcasing one-piece woven construction that should cut down on those pesky creases that generally form on your kicks upon wearing them.
The multicolored pattern implemented on each upper is a direct nod to the unmistakable seat upholstery that was used on the railway cars in London during the '80s.
Natural gum rubber soles have also been applied underneath on both Max models, which then feature contrasting Swoosh branding on each side.
A release for the anticipated Roundel by London Underground x Nike Air Max Collection is scheduled for December 14 through select Swoosh retailers.
