Reebok Question
Year: 1996
Original Retail: $99.99
Complex Says: Designed by Scott Hewett, the Question was pretty much a finished product before Allen Iverson even signed with Reebok. The toecap and huge Hexalite windows are recognizable anywhere, and the ghilly lace system didn't stray far from the primary shoe Allen wore at Georgetown — the Air Jordan XI.
Reebok The Answer
Year: 1997
Original Retail: $114.99
Complex Says: Two things debuted on The Answer — the I3 logo, and DMX cushioning. DMX 10, in fact, which placed 10 pods below the foot that transferred air with every step. The in-line models had patent leather hits here and there, while all-blue and all-red limited numbers were shiny from top to bottom.
Reebok The Answer II
Year: 1998
Original Retail: $114.99
Complex Says: Also known as The Answer Lite, The Answer II utilized a lighter-weight version of DMX to provide Iverson the same cushy ride with less shoe. The swoopy design looked fast even standing still.
Reebok The Answer III
Year: 1999
Original Retail: $114.99
Complex Says: Nothing fancy, nothing unnecessary — The Answer III provided the same cushioning as The Answer II in a more refined package. The Georgetown colorway was the one that stood out, but it was the Michigan State Spartans who won a title in them (the guys who weren't wearing Questions anyway).
Reebok The Answer IV DMX
Year: 2000
Original Retail: $114.99
Complex Says: With a splash of color on the toe and ghillies harkening back to the Questions and a full-length zipper for a snug fit, The Answer IV was the sleekest Iverson shoe ever. And AI did the design proud, winning the scoring title and the MVP while leading an undermanned Sixers squad all the way to the Finals.
Reebok I3 Playoff DMX
Year: 2001
Original Retail: $114.99
Complex Says: Props to Reebok for making AI a playoff-specific shoe in the first place — but doing it when he had one of the best shoes ever wasn't the best idea. There's a reason you don't see these around much.
Reebok Answer V DMX
Year: 2001
Original Retail: $124.99
Complex Says: A logical successor to the IV, The Answer V lost the zipper but kept the DMX, adding a Velcro strap across the heel. Also: Jadakiss.
Reebok Answer VI
Year: 2002
Original Retail: $129.99
Complex Says: Goodbye DMX, hello TPU midsole plates (see the Franchise X-Beam). The Answer VI also welcomed back the zipper for a snug fit, and enabled wearers to dunk on Juwan Howard.
Reebok I3 Playoff II
Year: 2003

Complex Says: The less said about this shoe the better.
Reebok Answer VII
Year: 2003
Original Retail: $119.99
Complex Says: DMX was back for The Answer VII, whose design owed a bit to the Air Jordan XIII and XIV. Lower and lighter than The Answer VI, the VII was made available in eight colorways, including a green/yellow/white to honor Iverson's Bethel High.
Reebok Question II
Year: 2004
Original Retail: $99.99
Complex Says: After seven Answers, another Question. Based off the original, the updated Question II was made for the 2004 Olympics in Athens. Team USA only took home bronze, but that wasn't the shoes's fault.
Reebok Answer VIII
Year: 2004
Original Retail: $99.99
Complex Says: Crazy 8s. The Answer VIII made clear what part of the line it was, with 8-shaped cutouts on the upper and an even bigger 8 on the outsole. The "Iverson" script on the ankle collar was a nice touch.
Reebok Answer IX Pump
Year: 2005
Original Retail: $124.99
Complex Says: This was an Iverson shoe? The bulky Answer IX featured a Pump mechanism in the upper and DMX Shear cushioning in the heel for a rather overbuilt silhouette. Maybe Ato Matsumoto was feeling them, though.
Reebok Answer X Pump

Complex Says: The Answer X was a slightly stripped-down version of the IX, replacing the forefoot Velcro strap with a zip-up shroud. The faux croc on this pair gave them a little extra swag.
Reebok Answer XI
Year: 2007

Complex Says: Designed to reflect AI's "mortal" and "immortal" sides, the Answer XI featured a midfoot strap and a 3/4 cut that resembled the signature shoes of another former Philly superstar who also headed West.
Reebok Question III
Year: 2007

Complex Says: Essentially a Hexalite-infused version of the Answer XI. AI recently broke out a rainbow-colored pair in China that had people speculating on whether they'd be coming back, too. Don't rush it, y'all.
Reebok Answer XII "Invictus"
Year: 2008
Original Retail: $99.99
Complex Says: The "Invictus" in the name of the Answer XII refers to a poem of the same name by William Ernest Henley that is reprinted on the heels of the shoe. It reads in part "I have not winced nor cried aloud // Under the bludgeonings of chance // My head is bloody, but unbowed." Sleek lines and judicious use of patent leather and clear rubber made these immediate (if slept-on) classics.
Reebok Answer XIII
Year: 2009
Original Retail: $99.99
Complex Says: Can this be the end, or is there more to come? 2009's Answer XIII featured a pinstriped upper and contrast stitching that made them stand out on or off the court.
