If you've been to the Complex site before, you know about Andy Oliver: "Our first Twit-Kicks All-Star..." and all that. He's the master of the deal, who not only delivers one per week for y'all, but this week launched Kicks Deals, an entire site dedicated to sneakerhead bargain hunting (you can also follow on Twitter). Along with all that, he's also a key member of Ronnie Fieg's burgeoning KithSet empire. So the question isn't why did we get Andy to name his top 25 sneakers of all time — rather, why did it take us so long?
