Get to know "Hawaii Mike" Salman, and it don't take you long to realize that this guy has got some joints. It should come as no surprise, really — Hawaii's been in the sneaker game since he was a youngster, then only got deeper through gigs with The Source and his own LTD+ projects. Earlier this year he got into the management game together with DJ Clark Kent (LTD+ MGMT) — and they immediately picked up the best young BMXer in the game, Nigel Sylvester, and the premier hip-hop photographer, Jonathan Mannion.
