Oakland, California has a bad reputation when it comes to violence, and videos like these definitely don't help. This dashcam happened to be rolling one day when a man in a blue hoodie pulled out a handgun and started shooting at a red car going through the intersection of 23rd Avenue and East 23rd Street. The fifteen shots missed the owner of the dashcam but there is no word on the condition of the targeted driver. Check out the news report below and if you're in Oakland, keep your head down:
