The Cinelli Laser 2012 Concept

A few months back designer Yann Lewandowski dropped a string of 3D renderings of his concept remodel of the much beloved 1980's Cinelli Laser, suggesting a reintroduction of the classic frame in time for the 2012 London Olympics. Well, a physical model has made it's first appearance at this year's Eurobike and is said to be set for a super-limited production run of only 10 pieces worldwide, at 7,000 euros each (roughly about 9,900 US dollars). Here are Lewandowski 's original 3D renderings alongside few images of the actual prototype from the show.

The Frameset

The carbon re-design of the classic 80's frameset was created with modern track racing in mind.
