Rosario Dawson has become a mainstay in Netflix's Marvel Cinematic Universe, playing the role of Claire Temple. However, Dawson knows that all good things have to come to an end, and she recently hinted that the end may be near for her. When asked about her character at MCM London Comic Con this past weekend, the 39-year-old actress appeared to question her future as Temple.

"Yeah, its pretty wild actually. I don’t know if I’ll be back after this, to be honest, but it’s been an amazing few years. I’ve been on a lot of different shows," Dawson said, perScreenGeek. "I mean, I don’t know if maybe they do a third season of Luke Cage potentially, or maybe if they figure out some kind of way for me to be on The Punisher – just so I can feel like I’ve done every show. But it’s been like, my daughter is high school, so I kinda wanna’ not be 3000 miles away for work."

The fact that Dawson sounds reflective about her run as Temple appears to suggest that she has kinda already made up her mind about her future in the MCU. Her statement does seem to recommend that she would be open to reprising her role for a third season of Luke Cage, or a guest spot on The Punisher. She has appeared on a number of Marvel television shows, including Iron Fist, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, and The Defenders

Like many actors, Rosario has other interests that she would like to pursue aside from repeatedly playing a single character.

Let's see what happens.
