Wyatt Cenac has landed a new gig at HBO. Earlier this week, the former Daily Show writer and correspondent hit up Twitter to announce his upcoming late-night series Problem Areas. The comedian actually shared the news on International Women’s Day, which, as he admits, wasn’t the most considerate move.

One day after his announcement, HBO dropped the first official trailer for Problem Areas, which is described as a comedy docu-series that will examine the many social and cultural issues facing the world today.

“Just think of everybody’s problems. The wealth gap’s getting bigger; that’s a problem. California’s running out water; that’s a problem. My lip muscles are incredibly weak, which means I can rarely smile; that’s a problem. My droopy eyelids … I don’t really know how to fix that one for you, Denise,” he says in the trailer. “Everyone can point out the problems, but what happens when you start brainstorming some answers? Like, maybe, I can get a personal trainer for my lips.”

The half-hour series will reportedly feature in-studio commentary as well as documentary-style field reports in areas like suburban Minneapolis, downtown Cincinnati, rural Texas, and more.

You can check out the first trailer above. Problem Areas will premiere at 11:30 p.m. ET April 13 on HBO.
