SNL has taken every opportunity to use their cold opens to address the current political climate. In November before the Thanksgiving break, Donald Trump Jr. and Julian Assange’s secret correspondence was made fun of. In the skit, Trump Jr. (with a special appearance by Eric Trump) recreate a parking garage meeting in London, England on September 20, 2016. Trump Jr. is trying to get some unheard information on Hillary Clinton, and he does, but not without some hilarious moments in between.

Fort this cold open, SNL tackles Donald Trump's connection to Michael Flynn, who recently pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about conversations with then Russia's ambassador to the U.S., Sergey Kislyak. After a short convo with Kellyanne Conway, Trump starts to reflect on his accomplishments this year, but gets interrupted by the ghost of Flynn. He warns Trump that he'll be haunted by three people from his past, present, and future, which were Billy Bush, Vladimir Putin, and Hillary Clinton.

It's a great bit. You can watch the full video above.
