Pictures of Kit Harington and Emilia Clark Kissing Are Freaking Out 'Game of Thrones' Fans

The week before Game of Thrones’s season 7 finale is long and full of hype. One of the most talked about arcs this season has been that Daenerys Targaryen and Jon Snow, who finally met for the first time this season, are starting to cozy up to each other quite nicely, although perhaps a little too cozy for two characters who are related. The final scenes of last week’s episode all but confirmed a serious flirty vibe, and now that last week’s episode’s director has confirmed the aunt and nephew will indeed be getting it on, everyone has an opinion.

All this talk about Dany and Jon’s relationship has helped resurface a photo shoot that part of the cast of Game of Thrones did for Rolling Stone in 2012. Clarke is not wearing her icy platinum blonde Khaleesi wig, and Kit Harington looks younger and like he knows even less than he does now, but there is undeniable chemistry between the two. The gorgeous photos depict the two stars of the HBO show hugging, laughing, and—gasp—kissing!

In fact, the whole photo shoot, which starred Lena Headey and Alfie Allen alongside Kit and Emilia, looked like a good time for everyone. 

The photographer of the magazine spread, Peggy Sirota, posted the snaps on her Instagram back in February 2015 seemingly to celebrate the show’s Best Drama win at the Emmys that year.

For those who want to see Dany and Jon get together, these photos are a nice little reminder that two gorgeous people generally tend to look good when placed side by side.
