The next Comedy Central Roast target is Rob Lowe. After last year's puzzling and awkward roast of Justin Bieber—that for some reason featured both Martha Stewart and Shaquille O'Neal—the #LoweRoast can only be better.

Comedy Central announced the roast Thursday. Though no airdate has been announced for the special, which will tape in Los Angeles, Comedy Central tweeted it would air this summer. What better time for some celebrity grillin' than the summer right?

Lowe himself added to the statement saying, "What a thrill to once again be following in Justin Bieber's footsteps. I look forward to a night of hilarious jokes recycled from the James Franco Roast. I would like to express my gratitude to the members of my family who have passed away and therefore will not have to endure what promises to be a very special evening."

Looks like Lowe is ready to come out guns blazing when it's his turn to roast.

The actor, famous for roles in The Outsiders and St. Elmos Fire, later tweeted about the upcoming roast: "FML! I thought I was agreeing to be 'toasted.'"

Comedy Central hasn't announced a roastmaster for the special event. Comedy Central also hasn't announced the guests who will be skewering Lowe, but who would y'all like to see at the roast?
