Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has responded to a young cancer patient’s wish to meet his hero, inviting the seven-year-old kid to the Georgia set of the forthcoming Baywatch reboot. Gabriel Singleton, lovingly nicknamed by his family as "Tater," inspired a windfall of social media support after Children's Hospital at Erlanger shared photos of the brave kid and a handwritten letter on Facebook. "You inspire me with your positive attitude," Tater wrote. "Please share this picture so The Rock will come visit me!"

On Wednesday, The Rock promised Tater something even better: the chance to chill on the set of a major movie production. "Tater! Guess what buddy? I’m coming to meet you!" Johnson wrote on Instagram. "I want you to be my special guest on our Baywatch set in Savannah, GA. Everyone on set is excited to meet you…especially the pretty girls!" Noting that "Tater" is in fact a way cooler nickname than "The Rock," Johnson also commended his new friend for being "way stronger than I'll ever be."

"Right now, the cancer is in his bone marrow and his bones," Tater’s mother, LuLu Singleton, told WRCB-TV last month. "Originally, it was in his stomach and just everywhere." Tater has been bravely battling neuroblastoma for years, something The Rock clearly finds just as inspiring as he has been for the young fan. "You better get ready," Johnson said. "I hug like a bear!"

In addition to the obvious presence of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson," Tater will also have the chance to meet Johnson's Baywatch co-starsZac Efron, Alexandra Daddario, and Hannibal Buress.
