Friday's horrific attacks at multiple sites throughout Paris, including the Bataclan concert hall and the Stade de France soccer stadium, resulted in more than 120 confirmed casualties and another 300 injuries. A man in the audience at Bataclan was reportedly filming the show when the first shots were fired and has uploaded the video to Instagram. The video's caption reads, "The last notes before the gunfire, panic and horror..."

The man, who wished to be identified only as Sébastien, toldBuzzFeed France that he was filming the Eagles of Death Metal show when "suddenly there were gunshots."

"At first, when we heard the first shots, I didn’t realize. When you know the Eagles of Death Metal, you tell yourself it’s just some trouble makers who threw firecrackers.

Sébastien tells BuzzFeed that the tragedy has taken a significant toll on him in the days since. "I saw people falling and corpses, but what crushes me the most is the number of deaths, is thinking of the families of the victims," he said. "We were very lucky."
