You may have grown up with Harry Potter and its stars, but you didn’t grow up like they did. There’s something in the water over at Hogwarts, churning out alumni hotties like Neville Longbottom and now Afshan Azad who played Padma Patil in the series. The Gryffindor student and Ron Weasley’s last resort date to the Yule ball—after Weasley was a total fuccboi and failed to ask Hermoine (But he still got the girl in the end, so the jokes on us)—has blossomed into a gorgeous adult and the Internet is taking notice.
Although flattered by the compliments, Azad, now a model, said the situation was being blown out of proportion:
And she was quick to call out people talking about her "transformation" and took a moment to express some body positivity:
“Quite standard” if you’re Lewis or Azad, but if you’re like me and other less fortunate people, you’re stuck looking like a baby faced teen into your twenties who constantly gets carded. But hey, embrace it.
