A sixth-grade boy in Savannah, Ga. has proven to be the hero the Internet deserves. Little dude was inexplicably forced to apologize this week for calling 911 and yelling "deez nuts!" on a dare from his great friends. It's unclear if he prefaced his curt message with "BOFA," but he does seem to be sincerely remorseful, as evidenced by his handwritten letter above. We didn't even know schools taught handwriting anymore

The Savannah police have officially accepted the child's unnecessary apology and took him on a tour after he hand-delivered the letter. They were impressed by his parents' child-rearing skills, but we can't say we feel the same way.
