A Florida man was arrested over the weekend for allegedly urinating from the balcony of a bar onto a waitress.
The Smoking Gun reports that 26-year-old Tia Cruz was talking to a customer at Rick's in Key West, Fla. during the earlier hours of Saturday morning. She dismissed it as rain until the customer told her otherwise. Orion Jones, 20, attempted to escape the bar, but was subdued by bouncers until police arrived.
Officers with the Key West Police Department encountered Jones, 20, as he was struggling with bouncers. He tried to escape again, but was ultimately Tasered and taken into custody by police.
Jones was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly intoxication.
