Fans of Serial, you’ll want to hear this:
Jay is ready to talk. This, according to the above (since deleted) Christmas Eve Facebook post from Jay himself, where he indicates that he’s ready to have his first taped conversation about his role in the trial of Adnan Syed, the subject of Serial’s inaugural season.
While it seems unlikely that he’s going to say anything that will clear up the murkiness surrounding the death of Hae Min Lee, Syed’s trial, or his conviction, at the very least it should provide an interesting epilogue to the madly-popular show.
