A scaffolding unit has partially collapsed approximately 50 floors up at One World Trade Center, and the New York City Fire Department has begun a “high angle rescue” of the person (or persons) dangling precariously above the city streets:

After cutting the glass of the building, the FDNY was able to rescue both window washers from the dangling scaffold. So, that was crazy, but thankfully everyone's coming out of this safe. Watch video of the rescue below:
