When it comes to negotiating a raise at your place of employ, what's your strategy?

The long con of keeping your head down, grinding for years, and hoping to be noticed? What about a well-measured approach that relies of facts and specifics? Well, if you're Wells Fargo employee Tyrel Oates, your tactic consists of demanding a raise of $10,00 for not only yourself but for the entirety of the company's 300,000 employees via email to the company's CEO...and then CCing everyone in the entire company.

Balls likes this are normally only found in a bowling alley.

Oates did the math on the raises and estimates that it would only cost Wells Fargo $3 billion for an across-the-company raise, which would be a drop in the bucket to what Wells Fargo pulls in annually. It would also go a long way offsetting the sting of the CEO's $19 million a years salary. No word on whether or not Wells Fargo has any plans to institute the changes suggested by Oates, but there's still plenty of time for Wells Fargo to institute the changes.
