The founder of PayPal, chief architect of Tesla design, generally all around kind of rad-sounding futurist has unveiled a brand new model of vehicles for his line of electric cars. The Tesla D Series will be a line of Tesla vehicles that will come fully equipped with an all-wheel drive suspension system. This new AWD system will not only greatly increase the vehicles efficiency on the road, the AWD system will plug into both the steering and GPS systems to create an almost driverless vehicle. Sensors will be able to navigate the distances of the cars in front of you, 'read' street signs and regulate speed, and will be able to park themselves (in a garage) entirely automatically.
The D Series is scheduled to head to market in February 2015 and there's still no word as to when our jetpacks are slated for arrival.
