If you love Billy Eichner—the star/host of Billy on the Street and the belligerent Craig on Parks and Recreation—then we have some great news for you: the man himself is writing a book.
Eichner has signed a deal with Grand Central Publishing to write his first book, and you can expect plenty of belligerence and silliness as only he can deliver. In a statement, Eichner said that:
“I'm very excited to start writing, and I can assure my fans they will love the book more than Shailene Woodley loves Tom's of Maine. This book is for anyone obsessed with show business, pop culture, social media and lots of other fun topics that fill our days as we hurtle helplessly toward accidents, illness, infidelity and death.”
Eichner’s Tumblr page further elaborates, saying that the book will be “an irreverent look at Hollywood and pop culture that you can find literally anywhere else.” Sounds promising, given that this is a guy whose favorite books are “Twitter, Entertainment Weekly, The Hollywood Reporter and emails,” according to his Tumblr.
