Louis C.K., Others Implore TMZ to Take Down Tracy Morgan Accident Video

A host of comedians, led by Louis C.K., are begging TMZ to remove the video of the accident that killed one and injured Tracy Morgan and two others.

Footage of the crash that critically injured Tracy Morgan, killed comedian James McNair, and seriously injured two others has emerged, and TMZ decided to post the video. Among other things, it shows unconscious comedian Ardie Fuqua being removed from the carnage, a brutally tough image to watch.

Fuqua’s daughter took to Instagram and begged TMZ to remove the video:

When TMZ refused, Louis C.K. got involved as well, sending out the following series of tweets:

The incredibly close-knit community of comedians has continued to rally behind the movement to take the video down, with Judd Apatow, Neil Brennan, and Dax Shepard imploring TMZ to remove it. As of this morning, it remained up on the site, while all those involved in the crash remain in critical condition.
