After Craig Ferguson announced this week that he's leaving the Late Late Show, lots of names were thrown around as possible replacements. CBS is allegedly considering Joel McHale, Neil Patrick Harris and Amy Schumer. You know who they aren't considering? Norm MacDonald.

The SNL alum started the hashtag #latelatenormnorm the other day and his fans ran with it. MacDonald was the host of "Weekend Update" back in the 90s, and he's made some pretty memorable talk show appearances in the past.

He also has a reputation for being a tad difficult, and there are conflicting reports about why he got fired from SNL back in 1998. We could get behind this, though, if it included a reappearance of his Celebrity Jeopardy Burt Reynolds

@MrJustinSteele I have no idea. I haven't been approached by CBS. I assumed they already have someone. I know Les Moonves, really cool guy.
