Xbox Studios revealed plans for original programing coming to the Xbox 360, Xbox One and other Windows products this morning. But the company wants fans to know it's got even more in the pipe as the company is thinking about making a Gears of War show among other crossover ambitions that could extend to a wide range of Microsoft published games.

As well as the plans for shows detailed this morning, Xbox Entertainment Studios is “in discussion” with five other game properties ripe for adaptation. Age of Empires, Fable, State of Decay, Forza Motorsport and Gears of War.

"There's no mandate to turn these games into series," entertainment and digital media president Nancy Tellem told journalists during a presentation. But that shows would roll out when they make sense to the company.
