Looking for a new beginning? Alexandra Roxo and Natalia Leite feel you. The writers/directors/stars of the new comedic web series, Be Here Nowish, Roxo and Leite play Sam and Nina, a frustrated dating consultant and a down-on-her-luck drug delivery girl, respectively. After an awkward meet-cute at a Brooklyn party, the two forge a friendship that takes them all the way to Los Angeles, where they're to meet a shaman in hopes of a life transformation. Cue the kale juice, sage burning, crystal healing, and meditation.

"We wanted to create a show that openly, without judgement or taboo, shows the absurdity and depth of the exploration of sexuality and spirituality, and how these things are changing for our generation," they explain.

After a screening of the first four episodes at the show's premiere last night in New York, it's clear that Roxo and Leite are hilarious new voices worth paying attention to. The series is raw, sexually progressive, unapologetic, and most of all addicting. But screw all this talk, it's a show that needs to be experienced. Which you can do today, when the series launches on Ora TV.
