David Banks learned of the risks involved with receiving a package of marijuana from UPS. The 47-year-old Inglewood, Calif. resident was arrested yesterday in Long Island while attempting to take a parcel containing 25 pounds of marijuana from an undercover agent posing as a UPS worker.

According to authorities, UPS intercepted the package, then undercover officers and a K-9 unit observed the delivery location with the disguised cop. Banks was charged with criminal possession of marijuana and will be arraigned today.
