A creepy mall Santa was arrested over the weekend for allegedly groping the 18-year-old girl that was acting as his elf. Herbert G. Jones, 62, was taken into custody at the Hanover Mall in Hanover, Mass. after the young woman claimed that he pinched her butt.
Cherry Hill Photos, which employs both of them, said: "We have been made aware that an allegation of improper conduct has been lodged again the person portraying Santa at Hanover Mall by another employee working at the Santa photography concession." The company added that Jones denied the accusations.
After being charged with indecent assault and battery, the Assonet (unbelievable) native was released on $1,000 bail. He'll return to court on Christmas Eve, because life is hilarious like that.
