Check out the Xbox One's dashboard, interface and game switching features in this video, leaked from a YouTube user. YouTube has since taken it down but is available on other sites.

This lucky guy gives us a peak at some of the dashboard features while playing Crytek's Ryse: Son of Rome. Games have no loading times and can be paused and restarted at any time. Pressing the home button while in-game now minimizes it to a panel while it continues to play in the background. So while waiting for game cut scenes gamers can multitask by jumping in and out of the game without taking your eye off of it.

We'll all be able to get our hands on the Xbox One when it launches on November 22.
