During the Black Power Movement, a group of Swedish journalists traveled to America to document the struggle. The crew gained access to key figures like Stokely Carmichael, Huey P. Newton, and Angela Davis, putting them on camera when the American media thought it best to ignore the revolutionaries. (History has proven the U.S. to be in the wrong.) The footage went unseen for years, until in 2011, when it was put together (along with new interviews) to create The Black Power Mixtape 1967-1975.
