Asiana Airlines Flight 214, inbound from South Korea, crash-landed at San Francisco International Airport - California's second biggest airport next to LAX - earlier today. Eyewitness reports implied that the tires gave out on the runway, but at this time few details on what caused the rough landing are unknown. A video of the wreckage and passengers evacuating via slide can be seen here.
It appears there were no casualties, meanwhile the National Transportation Safety Board has dispatched a "go team" to investigate.
