This is so petty. An argument over tipping the bathroom attendant at a Long Island nightclub spilled out into the parking lot and ended with a ridiculous arrest. The fight took place during the wee hours of Sunday morning, where a debate of etiquette at Rumors continued all the way to the parking lot, where 24-year-old Amityville resident Kashmire Dawson allegedly swung a camera tripod like Mark McGwire, striking a woman in the arm. The other woman was treated for a minor cut, while Dawson was arrested and charged with possession of a deadly weapon and assault.
According to authorities, the two women actually argued about whether or not to tip the bathroom attendant. Just cough up a few dollars, it's really not that serious. Definitely nothing to get locked up over.
