Today marks the official opening of the DUMBO food truck lot in Brooklyn. Up to four trucks will occupy the vacant lot, which operate as a food truck free-for-all from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekly, and may consider a 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. night hustle if neighbors are cool with it. Domo Taco, Hibachi Heaven and Fishing Shrimp will kick things off today, and Bian Dang will reportedly set up shop on Wednesday.
