We probably don't need a sequel to Pitch Perfect, but this is Hollywood so we're going to get one anyway - just smile and nod, everyone. According to Entertainment Weekly, Universal announced at their CinemaCon presentation yesterday that a follow-up to the surprisingly popular Anna Kendrick-starring comedy was in the works.

There's no word on whether or not all of the original cast will be back - Universal didn't give away much information about the project, just to expect it in theaters in 2015. But, considering that the film earned $112 million worldwide in the box office against a $17 million budget, the soundtrack has sold 636,000 copies, and the film's main song performed by Kendrick, "Cups," has sparked a shocking amount of YouTube covers, we think it's safe to say they will be. Aca-wesome.
