Blizzard Nemo has passed, and though New York City was blanketed with enough white to make Tony Montana envious, it wasn't quite as bad as everyone thought it would be. Just like the weather didn't completely stop Girl Scouts from slingin' cookies on Friday, it didn't stop the man in the photo above from jogging through Central Park.
His dedication to fitness is impressive, but he could've kept the shirt on.
