In the wake of the finale of Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight Trilogy, Batman fans everywhere have been wondering when we would see the Caped Crusader again on the big screen. Well it looks like Batman on Film has our answer as the site is reporting that a source close to Warner Brothers has revealed that a solo Batman reboot is being tentatively planned for 2017.
Before that, though, the studio is still planning on having the character appear in its Justice League movie in 2015. However, if that movie flops, then the future of another solo Batman movie is completely up in the air. But for now, the plan is for Batman to make an appearance in Justice League then spin off into his own rebooted film series in 2017.
