According to Deadline, last night's airing of the Tina Fey/Amy Poehler-hosted Golden Globe Awards on NBC killed it in the ratings.

Specifically: The telecast garnered 19.67 million viewers, which is up 17% from last year's Ricky Gervais-hosted ceremony. It was also the most-watched Golden Globes ceremony since 2007, and the second-most watched since 2004. Additionally, the ratings were especially up with the younger crowd - this year saw a 28% rise in viewership from adults under 50.

If this isn't enough proof that Fey and Poehler should co-host every award show together for the foreseeablee future, we're not sure what is.
