We’re both excited and devastated about the impending series finale of Breaking Bad. There is no doubt that we want to see how it all ends, but we’re also well aware that it will leave a hole in our viewing habits that won’t be easy to replace. And today, things got a little more real when series star Aaron Paul tweeted the official premiere date for the second half of season five.

With over seven months to go, there is plenty of time for us to reflect on one of the best shows to ever hit cable. It isn't known when the series finale will air, but IGN is reporting that if there are no weeks off during these final eight episodes, Breaking Bad will potentially end on September 1. We’ll update you once that is confirmed, though.
