Zero Dark Thirty isn't set to hit theaters until December 19th, but the National Board of Review of Motion Pictures has already named it the best film of 2012, over films like Argo, Django Unchained, Looper, Lincoln, and Silver Linings Playbook. Kathryn Bigelow and Jessica Chastain were also given awards for the film in the best director and best actress categories, respectively.

The film documents the decade-long search for Osama Bin Laden following Sept. 11th. This award comes in addition to the New York Film Critics Circle naming it the best film of 2012 on Monday.
