John McAfee, the computer software pioneer turned murder suspect, suffered from two mild heart attacks since being captured for allegedly murdering Gregory Faull.

For weeks, McAfee has been on the run from the authorities, who have named him a person of interest in Faull's murder. The software whiz was captured last week and, according to Reuters, he was hospitalized yesterday in Guatemala after complaining of chest pains.

McAfee requested political asylum in Guatemala but his request was denied by authorities. The denial will require McAfee to be handed over the Belizean government. McAfee's lawyers plan to appeal the denial of asylum to Guatemala's constitutional court.
