Well this is a bummer. Just days after learning that Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel would be returning as Cory and Topanga in Girl Meets World, Rider Strong, who played Shawn Hunter in the original Boy Meets World, confirmed that he would not be participating in the Disney Channel spin-off. Being that the bromance between Cory and Shawn was one of the highlights of Boy Meets World, this news is obviously devastating for fans. We're still not sure who will be showing up from the original, but as long as we get some more Feeny, we'll be satisfied.
