The mother to the two, Tracy Hensley, and grandmother, 51-year-old Beth Ann Hensley, were both arrested. The film was taken to be developed at a business in Hyden, KY, and employees were shocked to discover the photos of small children with joints in hand, or grasping at buds of marijuana.
Employees contacted the sheriff's office, and the photos were confiscated as evidence. When deputies arrived at the Hensley's home with child services, they reportedly found two dozen marijuana plants and a bag containing an unspecified amount of marijuana.
